Phoenix Yacht Management has been appointed as the joint central agent for the sale of One Zero, a Numarine 37XP superyacht delivered in 2024. The explorer-style tri-deck is offered for sale at an asking price of €15.5 million (VAT not paid).

Designed for transatlantic cruising, One Zero has a steel hull and composite superstructure. Developed by naval architect Umberto Tagliavini, the 37XP platform is built for long-range capability, substantial internal volume and serious seakeeping.

With interior design by Rezzan Benardete, One Zero offers a warm, residential feel throughout, featuring stylish statement pieces and furniture by leading European designers.

She accommodates up to 12 guests across six spacious staterooms including a forward-facing on-deck master suite finished in custom bronze dragon quartzite stone. Dedicated crew quarters accommodate up to eight crew members and are complemented by a captain’s cabin on the upper deck.

One Zero’s exterior areas are defined by generous proportions and designed for extended time on board. The beach club offers a spacious swimming platform, lounge area and sauna. The 84sqm sundeck features adjustable skylight blades and includes a secondary helm station, a dining area and a stylish lounge aft.

Powered by twin 800hp MAN engines, One Zero cruises comfortably at 12 knots and offers a transatlantic range of 6,000nm at eight knots.

Electric fin stabilisers ensure comfort both underway and at anchor, while a 3,000kg-capacity tender crane supports extended cruising itineraries and operation in remote destinations.

Alexander Kaev, Phoenix Yacht Management’ Head of Sales, said: “For buyers in this segment, the real value is not only range but how that range is supported by volume, crew capacity and liveability. One Zero has the right fundamentals for an owner who wants to cruise seriously, remain independent for longer periods, and still offer guests the comfort and space expected from a much larger yacht.”

Sporting a sleek dark hull accented with a silver cove stripe, the first unit of the new Itama 70 series was launched at a ceremony in Ferretti Group’s new Ravenna production site attended by the owner and his family.

The 21.2m cruiser has a beam of 5.3m and was designed in a collaboration between Ferretti Group, Rome studio Vallicelli Design for exterior styling and La Spezia-based IdeaeItalia for interior design.

According to the shipyard, the “Itama 70 is a new expression of freedom at sea, retaining the distinctive features that have given the brand its iconic status, at the same time as introducing style and design solutions focused on creating an even more engaging cruising experience”.

The profile of the Itama 70 is defined by side windows running the length of the hull, contributing to the yacht’s sleek silhouette and establishing a strong visual connection with the water. Among the most distinctive exterior features is the signature bow sunpad, a spacious area seamlessly integrated into the deck.

Below deck, the Itama 70 features three en-suite cabins plus a corner galley and compact dinette for indoor dining.

A variety of propulsion packages are offered. The owner of the first unit chose two 1,550hp MAN V12 engines, which can power the boat to a top speed of 40 knots and a cruising speed of 35 knots. The Itama 70 is also equipped with a Seakeeper NG14 gyroscopic stabiliser for increased comfort at sea.

Asiamarine sells the 520 Fly, a flybridge motoryacht that “directly addresses what Asian owners demand” and features an interior by Hong Kong-based In Situ & Partners.

Asiamarine has announced the first sale in Asia of Galeon’s 520 Fly, a model that had its world premiere at the 2026 Miami International Boat Show. The 56ft flybridge motoryacht, which could arrive in Asia later this year, will also be the first yacht in the region to feature an interior design by Hong Kong-based In Situ & Partners.

Replacing the iconic 500 Fly that popularised Galeon’s ‘Beach Mode’ with drop-down sides, the 520 Fly includes re-engineered hydraulic balconies, a redesigned foredeck with three seating areas, extended cockpit seating, improved access to the interior, private master-suite access, and separate crew areas and flow.

Bluegame, Sanlorenzo, Asia-Pacific, Japan, GLion Group, Kobe, Superyacht Base Kobe, Luca Santella, Takuya Taira, Daniele Lucà

Michel Joly, Asiamarine’s Dealership Manager, stated: “Securing the first sale of the Galeon 520 Fly in Asia so shortly after its global debut in Miami highlights a clear regional appreciation for forward-thinking yacht design.

“The addition of In Situ & Partners’ sophisticated interior elevates this build to a new level of execution. We congratulate our regional team for this exceptional achievement and look forward to seeing this remarkable vessel on the water.”

In Situ has been designing interiors for Galeon since 2024, with its work first seen on the upgraded 640 Fly, which had its world premiere at Boot Dusseldorf in January 2025. As well as the 520 Fly that debuted this year, the studio designed the interiors of the all-new 620 Fly that debuted at Cannes Yachting Festival in September 2025.

The Hong Kong firm is also working on Galeon’s Skyline sportbridge series including the upcoming 570 Sky, while its interiors – available in a variety of Mediterranean-inspired moods or decors – will be available for the series-flagship 700 Sky from hull nine onwards.

Founded by Yacine Bensalem in 2011, the studio specialises in hospitality, office, retail and residential projects. With Galeon seeking a departure from conventional maritime aesthetics, the new yacht interiors by In Situ include materials and architectural techniques more commonly used in luxury retail and high-end residences rather than traditional naval architecture.

Focused on clean, contemporary lines with soft curves, the interior designs include teak ceilings with mirror-finished stainless-steel inlays, intricate junction details, shadow gaps and concealed light sources that create a refined ambient glow throughout the living spaces. Materials include high-gloss marine lacquers, polished stainless steel, warm walnut and rich teak wood.

“The Galeon 520 Fly is a strategic leap forward from the successful 500 Fly, delivering significantly enhanced liveability, privacy and entertaining capability,” Joly added. “This model directly addresses what Asian owners demand: true indoor-outdoor transformation, privacy for multi-generational cruising, crew separation, elevated bow entertainment and a refined, climate-adapted interior.”

Lai Sun is preparing to sell the superyacht brokerage house in a €50m deal to a Chinese billionaire-linked venture.

Lai Sun Development Company Limited is selling an initial 80 per cent stake in Camper & Nicholsons International, in a transaction valuing the business at €50 million, as reported by SuperYacht Times.

The agreement, signed on May 28, sees the Hong Kong-listed group divest its majority interest for an initial consideration of €40 million, subject to customary post-completion adjustments. The valuation is based on approximately 12 times FY2025 EBITDA, with management EBITDA reported at around €4.1 million.

Camper & Nicholsons is a long-established player in the global superyacht industry, offering a full range of services including yacht and charter brokerage, yacht and charter management, new build and design supervision, insurance services, corporate support and crew placement.

The buyer, Wave Expandary Limited, will acquire the stake with a guarantee provided by Sea Expandary Limited. The seller retains the remaining interest in the business under a structured shareholders’ arrangement governing future ownership.

Sea Expandary Limited is ultimately linked to a newly established yacht-focused industrial platform in China. The group is associated with an initiative led by JD.com founder Richard Liu Qiangdong.

In February 2026, he announced the launch of an independent yacht brand under the ‘Sea Expandary’ name, backed by an investment of approximately US700 million. The venture is understood to span R&D, manufacturing, sales, brokerage and after-sales services, with a focus on new-energy propulsion systems and broader yacht industry development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

As part of the Camper & Nicholsons agreement, both Lai Sun and Wave Expandary have agreed put and call options over the remaining stake, exercisable from 31 December 2027. Each option is estimated at €9.135 million and is linked to the original transaction valuation.

For the financial year ended 2025, Camper & Nicholsons generated revenue of HK$270.7 million and recorded a net profit after tax of HK$13.1 million. Upon completion, Lai Sun expects to recognise a gain of approximately HK$91-92 million, and the business will be deconsolidated from the group’s accounts.

Completion remains subject to customary conditions, including shareholder approvals and regulatory clearances, with a long stop date set at 30 September 2026. Lai Sun said the disposal is part of its strategy to streamline its portfolio, improve liquidity, and support working capital and debt repayment objectives.

Sanlorenzo Asia-Pacific has appointed GLion Group as Bluegame’s brand representative for Japan, just weeks after announcing Barbagallo Marine as the Italian brand’s partner in Western Australia.

The collaboration also extended Sanlorenzo Asia-Pacific’s presence in Japan. Earlier this year, Shonan Sunny Side Marina was appointed to form Sanlorenzo Japan, which exhibited a Sanlorenzo SX88 at the year’s Japan International Boat Show.

GLion Group, headquartered in Kobe, is a Japanese automotive and lifestyle group, representing over 30 international car brands, and has a growing presence in the marine and luxury sectors including a key role in the new Superyacht Base Kobe project.

Bluegame BGM75, the brand’s first multihull

Bluegame, founded by Luca Santella in 2004, has grown in prominence since its acquisition by the Sanlorenzo Group in 2018 and today produces models across the BG, BGX, BGM and BGF ranges.

The partnership with GLion Group will focus on expanding Bluegame’s presence across Japan, increasing brand visibility, developing customer engagement initiatives, and supporting owners through dedicated local representation and after-sales service. A Bluegame BGM75 and BG54 are due to arrive in Kobe later this year.

Takuya Taira, Vice-President of GLion Group Marine Division, said: “We are honoured to represent Bluegame in Japan and to work alongside Sanlorenzo APAC in introducing a new generation of yachting experiences to the Japanese market. Bluegame’s innovative, disruptive philosophy strongly resonates with evolving customer lifestyles in Japan, where design, craftsmanship, technology, flexibility and authenticity are increasingly valued.”

The appointment of GLion Group aligns with the Sanlorenzo Group’s strategy to partner with organisations capable of combining local market knowledge, premium client networks, operational excellence and long-term investment vision.

Daniele Lucà, Sanlorenzo APAC’s CEO, stated: “Japan is a market with significant, untapped potential for luxury yachting. The combination of exceptional cruising grounds, increasing marina infrastructure, sophisticated culture and rising international interest creates a compelling opportunity for Bluegame. GLion Group’s entrepreneurial vision and commitment to developing the marine ecosystem in Japan make them the ideal partner for this next stage of growth.”

Set to debut at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, the 27XP is the first model to feature the Turkish shipyard’s next-generation silent energy package.

Numarine has delivered the first unit of its 27XP model, with the second and third units scheduled for delivery in the coming months and a total of five hulls sold to date. The Turkish builder of long-range explorer yachts plans to stage the world premiere of the 27XP at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival from September 8-13.

The owner of the first hull is a repeat Numarine client upgrading from a 22XP, the shipyard’s entry model. Delivered in Istanbul, the first 27XP is expected to spend much of her time cruising the Greek islands and wider Aegean region. Hull one features four cabins, while a five-cabin version is also available.

Numarine, 27XP, flybridge, motoryacht, Istanbul, Cannes Yachting Festival, five hulls sold, Greek islands, Aegean region, Patrik von Sydow, 26XP

The 27XP is the evolution of the popular 26XP, of which 30 hulls are currently cruising worldwide. Incorporating years of feedback from owners and captains, the 27XP is a larger, more capable explorer yacht with increased interior volume, expanded outdoor living and enhanced onboard functionality.

Patrik von Sydow, Numarine’s CEO, stated: “The delivery of the first 27XP demonstrates how strongly the market has responded to this new model. Five hulls sold before the first launch speaks for itself. The 27XP builds upon the success of the 26XP platform, refined through direct feedback from experienced owners and captains, combining the comfort of a much larger yacht with the efficiency that modern owners increasingly demand.”

Numarine, 27XP, flybridge, motoryacht, Istanbul, Cannes Yachting Festival, five hulls sold, Greek islands, Aegean region, Patrik von Sydow, 26XP

Designed inside and out by Can Yalman, with naval architecture by Umberto Tagliavini, the 27XP retains the sharp, purposeful profile of Numarine’s explorer range while introducing a more open onboard experience. The flybridge is among the largest in its class and includes a full-beam sunbathing forward of the upper helm and a hardtop covered in solar panels.

Notably, the 27XP introduces Numarine’s new Mk2 Super Silent Pack, developed in partnership with Sleipner. Built around a 48V energy architecture and integrated Hybrid Power Center, the system combines a 92.8kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate battery bank with 5.6kW of solar generation, shore power input and intelligent load management.

Operating at higher voltage improves efficiency across all onboard systems, reduces energy losses and enables quieter, more stable electrical performance throughout the yacht.

The 27XP is available with two MAN engines, up to 1,800hp each. With the standard option of twin 560hp MAN engines, the 27XP offers a top speed of 13.5 knots, a cruising speed of 10 knots and a transoceanic range of 2,200nm at eight knots.

Archipelago’s A-80 hull arrives in Thailand

The first hull of Archipelago Yachts’ flagship has been fabricated in Vietnam, ahead of the hybrid powercat’s completion in Thailand.

Following its fabrication in Vietnam, the bare aluminium hull of Archipelago Yachts’ first A-80 has been transported to the SeaCat Ships boatyard in Thailand for the final stage of the powercat’s construction. Archipelago Yachts is founded and led by Dr Stephen Weatherley, who contributed a Column to Yacht Style Issue 88.

The 24m-long powercat has an 11m beam and is based on a commercial-grade hull form widely used extensively in the offshore wind industry.

The first A-80 has a 20,000-litre fuel capacity and a payload of 16 tonnes, which enables the catamaran to carry extensive expedition equipment such as tenders, amphibious vehicles, submersibles or helicopters. The interior design includes accommodation for up to 12 guests and four crew.

SeaCat Ships will oversee the completion of aluminium structures and engineering, as well as mechanical and electrical installations, exterior outfitting with fairing and painting, plus interior outfitting, accommodation fit-out and final commissioning.

The shipyard is also installing an e-Motion hybrid propulsion system, combining conventional diesel engines (2 x MAN V8-1300) with integrated electric motors (2 x e-Motion 250kW), a genset (1 x e-Motion 180kW), high-capacity lithium-ion battery banks, inverters, supplementary solar input and an integrated control system.

The system is based on parallel hybrid architecture, allowing the vessel to operate in multiple modes including full diesel, electric-only and combined boost operation. This provides flexibility across different operating profiles, from long-range passages to low-speed manoeuvring and silent cruising.

The Marc Newson-designed superyacht is the German shipyard’s fourth delivery this year.

Lürssen has delivered the 114m Nausicaä to her owner, marking the fourth superyacht delivery for the German shipyard this year. Speaking about its innovative design, CEO Peter Lürssen stated: “Nausicaä has truly broken new ground.”

Constructed under the code name of Project Cosmos, Nausicaä was completely customised inside and out by Marc Newson, who collaborated closely with “an immensely creative client” according to the Australian industrial designer.

Newson said: “It is extremely challenging for a design project, of any description, to literally deliver on the vision conceived and presented at concept stage. Here, I am very proud to say that every detail, at every scale, has been realised at the most coherent level.”

The Australian added that the design of Nausicaä, which is defined by rounded features inspired by organic shapes, “has enabled rare opportunities to push the boundaries and test the limits of form, material and functionality”.

Based on an Ice Class 1D hull, powered by a hybrid system and equipped with a fully certified helipad, Nausicaä is intended for adventurous cruising. According to the shipyard, “her design architecture complements her planned itineraries, and she carries an extraordinary amount of glass throughout for panoramic vistas from nearly every space on board”.

Glasswork includes a fully glazed upper deck that culminates forward at the 19mwide observation lounge, which sits directly below the helipad. The yacht is topped by the ‘Skydome’, a structure made of seven glass panes (3m by 2.8m and 6.2cm thick) and which houses the 56sqm owner’s office with an adjoining sky terrace.

Peter Lürssen added: “Innovation in glass has long been a hallmark of Lürssen. From Rising Sun to Kismet, and now Nausicaä, we continue to push the boundaries of scale and structural complexity, creating spaces that are both aesthetically dramatic and functional for our clients. It is rare to find a modern Lürssen yacht that does not break new ground in glass engineering.”

Other amenities on board Nausicaä include a jacuzzi, a sizeable pool suitable for swimming laps or diving practice, and a garage for a 12.5m sportfish tender with a retractable sledge system. Nausicaä’s interiors boast a split-level saloon, with the main deck floor designed as an art gallery while the upper level of the atrium is equipped for entertaining with a sushi bar, table tennis and lounge.

Nausicaä’s delivery follows Lürssen’s 134m Deep Blue, 117m Boardwalk and 78m Odisea, which were all handed over to their owners earlier this year.

Hong Kong has been announced as the host city for the first event of the 2027 Rolex SailGP Championship, which includes a provisional line-up of 13 events across Asia-Pacific, the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. The inaugural Hong Kong Sail Grand Prix will be based in Kowloon Bay from January 23-24 and has strong support from the government’s Major Sports Events Committee.

Raistlin Lau, Hong Kong’s Under Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: “The Hong Kong SailGP has been awarded with “M” Mark status, which recognises SailGP as an event that meets the highest standards of pride, and confirms Hong Kong’s status as a premier destination for high-octane international competition.

“This event will engage our local community in the exhilaration of world-class foiling catamarans, while offering a global stage to showcase our vibrant harbourfront, breathtaking skyline and world-renowned hospitality, proving that Hong Kong is an unparallelled place to thrill and unwind. I would like to express my gratitude to the SailGP team and our dedicated partners who worked tirelessly to bring this spectacular event to our city.”

Sir Russell Coutts, SailGP’s CEO and co-founder, echoed Lau’s enthusiasm: “Hong Kong is a world-class destination for SailGP – and a venue we expect to deliver strong commercial interest and an unmatched fan experience. Victoria Harbour is built for the close-to-shore stadium racing that SailGP is becoming known for around the globe.

“China represents a strategic long-term growth opportunity for SailGP. Given its rapid rise to be among the top countries in Olympic sailing, the strong existing audience interest and the potential for a future team, we couldn’t be more excited to bring SailGP to Asia’s World City next January, alongside our partners globally and in the region.”

After Hong Kong, the 2027 Rolex SailGP Championship will move to Perth in Western Australia, followed by a four-stop North America swing across the US, Bermuda and Canada. Europe will host four events from July to September before the season concludes with legs in Rio, Dubai and the Grand Final in a location to be confirmed.

Coutts added: “SailGP’s 2027 season represents a major step forward, reflecting both the scale of our ambition and the strength of the demand we’re seeing from cities and partners globally wanting to be part of the championship.”

This year’s Rolex SailGP Championship started in Perth in January and includes 13 scheduled events concluding with back-to-back legs in the UAE – in Dubai (November 21-22) and Abu Dhabi (November 28-29).
