A wallywhy200 Loro Piana Edition has been sold and delivered in Hainan, with the yacht now based at the Clearwater Bay Marina.
Ferretti Group Asia Pacific has announced a new sale in China of a Wally wallywhy200 Loro Piana Edition, which has been delivered to its new owner at the Clearwater Bay Marina in Lingshui.
A world premiere in 2021, the 27m wallywhy200 is the largest model in Wally’s WHY series and has been followed by the wallywhy150 and wallywhy100. It features a 7.66m beam and 200GT of volume and has a top speed of 23 knots and a 1,000nm range at 10 knots. The revolutionary wide-body design maximises stability and interior space.
Its standout feature is the panoramic main deck with a 4.7m wraparound glass bow providing 270-degree unobstructed views. Tailored for Asia-Pacific owners, the deck includes a dining area and a dedicated Mahjong/entertainment zone. Loro Piana Interiors crafted the yacht’s interior and exterior with premium materials and Italian craftsmanship.
This milestone sale reflects Ferretti Group’s two-decade commitment to China and its strategic expansion into the Hainan Free Trade Port. It supports Hainan’s goal of building a world-class yachting cluster, driving high-end tourism and marine economic development.
