Gulf Craft announces new Majesty at Dubai show

In a press conference that also helped kicked off the Dubai International Boat Show, the UAE builder revealed its next Majesty superyacht.

Gulf Craft announced that it’s developing the Majesty 111 as it outlined developments at a press conference on the opening day of the Dubai International Boat Show, being held at Dubai Harbour for the first time.

The Majesty 111 will fit between the Majesty 100, Gulf Craft’s best-selling superyacht, and the new Majesty 120, its largest yacht on display at the five-day show as the UAE builder celebrates its 40th anniversary since being founded in 1982.

Mohamed Alshaali, co-founder and Chairman of Gulf Craft, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, made the announcement as he shared the stage with Saeed Hareb, Secretary General of Dubai Sports Council, Abdulla Binhabtoor of Dubai Harbour developer Shamal and Trixie LohMirmand, Executive Vice President of Events Management at Dubai World Trade Centre, the show organiser.

The Majesty 120 is Gulf Craft’s biggest yacht on display

 

Gulf Craft, which last year delivered its flagship Majesty 175, again has the largest display at the Dubai show, exhibiting a selection of yachts ranging from 34-120ft across its Majesty, Nomad, Oryx and Silvercraft brands.

The display includes the world premieres of the Nomad 70 SUV and Silvercat 40cc. The Nomad 70 SUV has a top speed of 30 knots with twin 1,200hp MAN engines and builds on the 65 SUV and 75 SUV models in a long-range series headed by the 95 SUV, also on display at Dubai Harbour.

The Silvercat 40cc is a world premiere

 

The Silvercat 40cc follows the Silvercat 34cc and offers a larger, 7.9-tonne power catamaran with a draft of just 0.43m (1ft 5in) that can accommodate 12 people on board, with options of either two 400hp or four 300hp outboard engines.

Earlier this year, Gulf Craft kicked off its 40th anniversary celebrations by opening the Gulf Craft Experience Centre, a new luxury hub in Dubai’s Port Rashid designed to bring the brand closer to its international clientele. The builder operates a 462,000sqft production facility in Umm Al Quwain and a service centre in Ajman, as well as a 100,000sqft facility in the Maldives.
