First Marine hosted the regional debut of the Beneteau Oceanis 47 alongside the Oceanis 34.1 at the 2026 Japan International Boat Show in Yokohama.
A day after the start of the Japan show, Mansfield Marine presented Australia’s first Oceanis 47 at the overlapping Hillarys Boat Show in Perth, where the Western Australia dealer also displayed the Antares 9 and the Flyer 10 Sport Top (formerly Gran Turismo 32) motorboats.
The Oceanis 47 and the Oceanis 52 are the first models in the eighth generation of Oceanis cruisers, and both had their world premieres at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival last September. Designed for long cruising, each model features interiors by Italy’s Nauta Design but naval architecture by different studios, with Biscontini Yacht Design responsible for the Oceanis 52.

Finot Conq penned the hull of the Oceanis 47, which has sleek, sporty lines and a full-beam cockpit extending to the transom. Standard accommodation includes three cabins with two heads, although layout options extend to five cabins and three heads.
Interiors are light and modern, finished with solid Alpi wood features. Owners can choose from three different colour palettes: Mediterranean’s warm terracotta and sandy tones, Pacific’s white and light colours inspired by a lagoon, or Ivory’s classic neutrals.
Above deck, the outdoor lounge offers direct access to the water and is equipped with extra seating and storage lockers, with room for an outdoor galley with a plancha grill. Sunbathing areas can be found aft of the cockpit and either side of the companionway. A bimini top is available in fixed or folding options to protect in all weather conditions.
Designed for easy handling, the standard version is equipped with a 44.5sqm furling mainsail and 40.4sqm self-tacking jib, with options to add a 53.8sqm standard mainsail and 52.2sqm genoa.

The Oceanis 47 and 52 are the largest models in the Oceanis series, which includes the 30.1, 34.1, 37.1 and 40.1, while the Oceanis Yacht 54 and 60 present larger options.
In Australia, the Oceanis 52 and Antares 12 Coupe are scheduled to make their Asia-Pacific premieres at the 2026 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in Queensland from May 21-24. The two newcomers could be among nine Beneteau sail and motor boats displayed by Sundance Marine and Spirit Marine.
