IWWF Wakefest event attracts highest number of participants ever to show their skills behind a Nautique in the SAR
The IWWF Wakefest Hong Kong 2024, sponsored by Nautique distributor Asia Yachting, took place July 5-7 at Tai Po Waterfront Park, showcasing the skills and talents of 178 local and international athletes from Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei, South Korea, Japan and Malaysia.

This year’s Wakefest Hong Kong’s significant participation included many international riders, with one-third of the athletes travelling from overseas to compete.
Team Chinese Taipei took home the Team Champion for the second consecutive year, demonstrating their exceptional prowess and unwavering team spirit.

The event also saw a notable increase in the number of U18 athletes, highlighting the growing appeal and participation of young talent in wakesports. The 1st IWWF World Wakesurf Championships will take place at the same venue from November 2-10 this year. Asia Yachting, as the exclusive dealer of Nautique Boats in Hong Kong and Macau, will have the latest 2025 Centennial Edition Nautique G23 available by that time, and it will be the 100th-anniversary edition of one of the world’s best luxury wakeboat brands.
