This year’s edition of the Singapore Yachting Festival featured fewer boats but more visitors in an event bolstered by on-land attractions.
The fourth Singapore Yachting Festival at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove featured a record 14,280 visitors and 211 participating brands, according to show organisers, although the number of boats was down on previous years.
Arthur Tay, Chairman and CEO of SUTL Group, owner of the ONE°15 Marina portfolio, stated: “The response to this year’s Singapore Yachting Festival reflects rising confidence in Southeast Asia’s yachting market and Singapore’s role within it. We exceeded our target visitorship by 20 per cent and doubled the number of participating brands, underscoring the Festival’s growing relevance as a platform for international yacht brands.”
Tay, who won a Lifetime Achievement Award at Yacht Style Awards 2026 on the eve of the show, said the increased attendance was due in part to new initiatives. These included the Spotlight Zone event room at the end of the air-conditional exhibition pavilion, and The Wellness Suite by Teiāh Hospitality experience held aboard a 105ft superyacht at the heart of the on-water display.
The Festival also continued to broaden its appeal beyond traditional yacht buyers with the Festival Village featuring music and F&B, the neighbouring Supercars Parade, the in-water Experiential Zone for people to try a range of watersports, and daily joy rides to the Southern Islands.
“Increased visitorship was driven in part by the immersive experiences introduced this year. With encouraging feedback from sponsors, partners and exhibitors, I’m heartened by the strong commercial interest, qualified leads and transactions secured during the Festival, with many planning to return in 2027,” Tay said. “That level of engagement, together with the quality of participation this year, reinforces the Singapore Yachting Festival’s position as a leading platform for the region.”
Damen Yachting again sponsored the on-water Superyacht Lounge, JP Morgan Private Bank hosted the VIP Lounge in the pavilion, and Porsche was among new show sponsors. Rossinavi and Baglietto (in partnership with Asiamarine) were among new exhibitors, each hosting an on-water booth.
Among yachts, Sanlorenzo Asia-Pacific showed a Sanlorenzo SD118 and SX100 (Asia premiere), and a Bluegame BGX63, while Boat Lagoon Yachting exhibited a Princess Y95, F65 and F55 with a Jeanneau Merry Fisher 1295 Fly. Azimut’s display with Marine Italia Asia comprised a Seadeck 7, Fly 62 and Magellano 60, while Absolute lined up a Navetta 64, 53 and 52.
Gulf Craft Group hosted a Nomad 101 tri-deck and a Majesty 62, while a Sunseeker Manhattan 68 and Sunseeker Manhattan 55 were shown by DCH Marine, which also displayed Saxdor’s 400 GTC, 340 GTWA (Asia premiere), 320 GTO and 320 GTC.
A Greenline 48 Fly, Axopar 37 Sun Top and Axopar 29 CCX were shown by Derani Yachts, while Maritimo had a booth following the Australian shipyard’s appointment of Primus Marine as a dealer. UX Marine displayed two boats, with a Noordic 28 in the water and a Noordic 26 on land.
The show featured its largest array of multihulls to date, with the Asia debut of the Leopard 52 sailing catamaran joined by continental debuts of the brand’s 46 and newly upgraded 53 Powercat. Aquila boosted the show’s powercat presence, with Primus Marine exhibiting the brand’s 54 Yacht and 42 Yacht flybridge inboard models beside a 42 Coupe outboard cruiser.
A Sunreef 60 Eco sail cat and an Eastar TY560 powercat were also among multihulls, along with a Prestige M48 motoryacht and Fountaine Pajot Samana 59 sail cat, both displayed by Asia Yachting.
An Excess 13 was shown by Pro Sail Asia, the brand’s new Singapore dealer, while a Lagoon 51 was displayed by Asiamarine, which also exhibited a Galeon 440 Fly and Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 54 sailing monohull.
Camper & Nicholsons exhibited TNT Leisure, a 2019 Sanlorenzo SL86 brokerage yacht, while the classic Vega 1892 sailing yacht, built in 1892, added history to the line-up.
The fifth Singapore Yachting Festival will be held from April 15 to 18, 2027.
