The French yacht manufacturer arrived in Cannes with almost its full line-up of yachts, gave glimpses of three new models and announced equally impressive financial results.
The Group announced a new catamaran, known only as “New 41”
Fountaine Pajot Group has wrapped up a banner year, posting business volumes exceeding €300 million for 2023/2024. The group’s trio of brands – Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans, Dufour, and Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts – have all contributed to the performance.
Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans delivered its third Thíra 80 in August and launched nearly 500 Isla 40s. Dufour celebrated its 60th anniversary in style, with the Dufour 41 snagging award nominations for best US Sail magazine’s Best Boat award and the British Yachting Awards, and also winning an award for its design previously at last year’s Genoa Boat Show.
Meanwhile, Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts doubled sales, thanks to increased production at its Gujan-Mestras site.
The group has also taken direct control of its US operations to strengthen relationships with American clients, a key market, and now looks to expand distribution in other regions. In more expansion news, The Group said work was already underway to increase the size of its historic Fountaine Pajot and Dufour manufacturing sites to about 15,000sqm, with the work completing by 2025.
The group teased three new models.
Dufour 48

The first reveal was a new 41ft catamaran referred to as the New 41, which marks the first in a new generation of designs that will be rolled out over the next two years. The brand said the New 41 will reflect its commitment to innovation and eco-responsibility even as it maintains competitive pricing. It will receive its world premiere at Cannes and the Annapolis boat shows in 2025.
Dufour 48
Second up came the announcement of the Dufour 48, scheduled to debut Spring 2025, as part of a comprehensive renewal of the brand’s core range.
Code 07
Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts partners with Couach
And in another significant development, Fountaine Pajot has announced a new collaborative brand with boatbuilder Couach. The partnership will introduce a new model, the Code 07, a new power catamaran, which aims for international reach with a focus on the US market, and will draw on Pajot Motor Yachts’ 30 years of expertise alongside Couach’s industrial knowledge. Further details are to be revealed at the 2025 Miami Boat Show.
Still at Cannes, almost all of the vessels from the Group’s three ranges, Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans, Fountaine Pajot Motor Yachts and Dufour Yachts, are on show, with 13 vessels occupying over 1,000sqm of stand space.
Thíra 80
A highlight is undoubtedly Fountaine Pajot’s Thíra 80 flagship sailing catamaran, on display at Port Canto. The Thíra 80, which made its world premiere at last year’s Cannes festival, boasts the brand’s sleek lines and inverted bows, together with an innovative flybridge design that affords passengers panoramic views.
Fountaine Pajot also presented the Power 67 at Vieux Port, showcasing the motoryacht’s eco-friendly hybrid propulsion system, while Dufour made a strong impression with its latest offering, the Dufour 44 at Port Canto. Designed by naval architect Umberto Felci, the boat has captured attention – and awards nods – for its expansive cockpit layout and hexagonal table in the salon, which seats 10.
