Simpson Marine gears up for Hong Kong, Taiwan shows

Asia’s leading yacht dealership is displaying Sanlorenzo, Bluegame, Fairline and Axopar yachts across the Hong Kong and Taiwan shows in late November.

Simpson Marine has announced that it plans to display Sanlorenzo, Fairline and Axopar yachts at the 2024 Hong Kong International Boat Show, where the company will also celebrate its 40th anniversary. Hong Kong’s leading boat show will be held at Club Marina Cove in Sai Kung from November 28 to December 1.
Asia’s largest yacht dealership will stage the Hong Kong premiere of Fairline’s Squadron 58 at the Marina Cove show along with an SL86 and SX88 from Sanlorenzo, plus a 37 Cross Cabin and 25 Cross Top by Axopar.
Sanlorenzo SL86
The Sanlorenzo SL86 is brand-new and for sale. The SL86 is part of Sanlorenzo’s planing line, a 27m flybridge motor yacht that can reach up to 32 knots and features a large flybridge. The SX88 is the pioneer of Sanlorenzo’s crossover series, bridging a compact explorer yacht with a flybridge yacht, and has since been joined in the range by the SX76, SX100 and SX112.
Fairline staged the world premiere of the Squadron 58 at the 2022 Southampton International Boat Show. The Squadron 58 is Fairline’s first model to include hydraulic drop-down balconies on both sides of the main deck and includes bar stools to port.

Other notable features include modular cockpit seating, a high/low bathing platform, an angled patio door separating the cockpit and saloon, and a flybridge with a full-beam aft sunbathing area, wet bar and dinette.
The Simpson Marine line-up also includes brand-new Axopar 37 Cross Cabin and 25 Cross Top models available for sale. The Axopar 37XC has a twin-stepped hull and can reach 48 knots and is the enclosed version of one of the Finnish builder’s most popular platforms, with the 37 also available in the open Spyder version and covered Sun-Top edition.

The 25 Cross Top has a hard top and can reach up to 40 knots. The yacht features a full-width cushioned sundeck and a raised cuddy cabin for overnight cruising.
As well as yachts to view, Simpson Marine will host an invitation-only 40th anniversary party featuring live music, gourmet refreshments, fine wines and a champagne toast. The dealership’s other show attractions for guests including bespoke fragrance discovery sessions, yacht fashion and styling tips, coffee tastings, and books about art, design, travel and culture.

In Kaohsiung over the same dates, Simpson Marine will also display an SX88 at the returning Taiwan International Boat Show along with a Bluegame BGX73, the flagship of Sanlorenzo’s sister brand and the largest of the BGX range of coupe cruisers linking to the SX line.
With a greater emphasis on outdoor displays and exhibition areas, the show is expected to feature more than 40 yachts across four marinas. Argo Marina will feature European brands, KhaShing Pier 22 Marina and Horizon City Marina will showcase Taiwanese brands, and Basin No. 3 will display yachts under 40ft and for sale.
