V Yachts Asia has opened a new office at Phuket Boat Lagoon, having been appointed as the Thailand dealer for Ferretti Yachts, Pershing and Riva earlier this year.
The dealer is also opening an office in Pattaya and the company’s services are expanding to include charter, yacht management, financing, maintenance and service.
Sornkom Kitprasan, CEO of V Yachts Asia, manages multiple family businesses in southern Thailand including hotels, marinas, real estate, construction, freight forwarding, and rubber and oil palm plantations. Upcoming projects include Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort, which is scheduled to open on Koh Yao Yai east of Phuket in 2022.
“We have been deeply involved in luxury seaside and waterside leisure developments through multiple investments in hotels and resorts, as well as a six-star development with yachting facilities,” said Sornkom, who graduated with a Master’s degree in International Trade from the University of La Verne, USA.
