The British builder is staging the world premiere of its Predator 55 EVO™ at the Palm Beach show alongside three other Sunseeker yachts.

The Sunseeker Predator 55 EVO™ can reach 34 knots

The world premiere of the Predator 55 EVO™ is a highlight of Sunseeker’s display at the Palm Beach International Boat Show (March 25-28), where the British builder is represented by Grande Yachts, its Florida dealer.

Other Sunseeker models on show include the Hawk 38 and Predator 60 EVO™, models that both debuted in 2019, and a Manhattan 68, which was unveiled at Boot Dusseldorf last year. However, as one of Sunseeker’s ‘Famous Five’ new models launched in early 2021, the newest Predator is the highlight of the four-strong display.

Andrea Frabetti, CEO of Sunseeker International, said: “Following the continued phenomenal success of our Predator range, we are delighted to have developed another new model in this series, which blends stylish design, innovative technology and sporty looks both on the water and throughout its interior design.

“The Predator 55 EVO™ utilises innovative technology, beautiful detailing and performance systems throughout, and we have no doubt this model is going to be another market leader.”

The yacht reaches 34 knots with twin Volvo D11-725 shaft engines and offers the Hydro-Pack, which utilises a fly-by-wire steering system for exceptional agility. The aft garage can house a Williams SportJet 345 tender.

The oversized cockpit has a sofa and aft-facing sunpads, and another sofa forward, while options include a wet bar with grill and fridge. A hinged door and fold-up window connect the cockpit and the interior, which has a C-shaped sofa for up to six around a fixed coffee table. Forward are new, independent helm seats opposite a corner sofa.

The sporty interior includes a new Predator range of fabrics and textures, while the expansive carbon-fibre opening roof has multiple glazed panels to increase light throughout the interior. Framing the whole saloon is new headlining with concealed lighting that has been devised following an extensive photometric study.

The Predator 55 EVO™ also benefits from a state-of-the-art AV system with zoning capabilities, offering different music in the cockpit and the saloon. On the lower deck, the aft master stateroom and en-suite has ample stowage, a stylish new headboard and the same ambient lighting as the main deck, while to starboard is a sofa with a breakfast tray.

Forward is the VIP stateroom with scissor berths and en-suite, while between the two cabins, a fully fitted lower galley to port features high-end Miele appliances as standard. Opposite is a dinette to starboard in a space where options include a third guest cabin with twin bunks.
