Organised by Asia-Pacific dealer DCH Marine, the Poker Run attracted Saxdor owners, families and friends for fun cruising and social events.

The inaugural ‘Saxdor Southside Experience – The Poker Run’ was held in Hong Kong, with the event featuring Saxdor owners, families and friends for a fun-filled outing featuring about 60 guests.

Jon Hautamaki, Saxdor’s Sales Director, flew in for the event, in which Saxdor yacht owners had to visit five checkpoints and draw a card at each station. The winning hand earned the owner a free Mercury engine service and a Saxdor lifestyle package. 

Organised by DCH Marine, the Asia-Pacific distributor for Sunseeker, Saxdor and Williams, The Poker Run included a Sunseeker 76 Yacht, which was used as one of the checkpoints and a spectator boat, transporting guests to other stations during the day. The event also included dinner and drinks on Lamma Island.

As well as DCH Marine staff from Hong Kong, the event included company representatives from Singapore and Australia, among markets covered by the dealership.

“The purpose of The Poker Run was to build a community of our Saxdor boat owners and say thank you to them for their support,” DCH Marine stated. “We were happy to showcase this inaugural event, which can be replicated in our other markets of Saxdor owners.”

DCH Marine was announced as Saxdor’s Asia-Pacific dealer early this year, before being gradually unveiled as the regional representative for Sunseeker.
