This strategic partnership underlines the brand’s commitment and confidence in the Indonesian market.
As Jeanneau expands its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, Salaya Yachts – founded by Kevin Sanjaya and Prilly Latuconsina – brings a wealth of local expertise to the brand. With headquarters in Jakarta and additional offices in Bali and Labuan Bajo on Flores Island, Salaya Yachts offers full-service yacht management, charter options, brokerage, and boat co-ownership, ensuring that Jeanneau models can reach every corner of Indonesia.
The grand launch event attracted a diverse crowd of more than 100 attendees. Among the VIP guests was Ni Luh Puspa, Vice Minister of Indonesian Tourism, who contributed insights relating to the country’s diverse maritime attractions to the occasion.
The event drew considerable media attention, with more than 50 press outlets covering the celebratory festivities.
A key moment of the event was the official launch and award presentation, which was followed by a sunny afternoon that allowed guests to enjoy some on-water trails aboard the Jeanneau Merry Fisher 895 and Merry Fisher 1095 Fly. The involvement of various sponsors, including Yamaha and Garmin, highlighted the strong community support for Jeanneau’s expansion in Indonesia.
Tanguy Tertrais, Jeanneau Asia-Pacific Sales Director, commented: “We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Salaya Yachts in Indonesia. This collaboration will allow us to meet the increasing demands of yachting enthusiasts in the region and invite our current and future owners to enjoy the Jeanneau experience to the fullest”.
Sanjaya emphasised, “Our company is not solely focused on the yacht business; we are dedicated to supporting Indonesia’s tourism industry.”
Latuconsina added, “At Salaya Yachts we are committed to combining luxury and sustainability, protecting our oceans while creating unforgettable yachting experiences.”
This new partnership marks a significant milestone for Jeanneau as it continues to build its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, reaching new markets and fostering significant collaborations.
