Prestige unveiled hull one of the Prestige X60 during the 10th edition of the Prestige Exclusive Days at the Groupe Beneteau brand’s headquarters in Les Herbiers in the Vendée region in western France.
More than 400 guests and VIPs attended the three-day event, which gathered owners, prospects, brand partners, dealers and media.
Erwin Bamps, Brand Director of Prestige
Erwin Bamps, Prestige Brand Director, said: “The Prestige Exclusive Days present an opportunity to visit our modern production facility and a unique way to talk to many members of the Prestige team, while this year was special because of the exclusive preview of the X60.”
The Prestige X60 is scheduled to have its official world premiere at the Miami International Boat Show from February 16-20, 2022. Like all other Prestige models, the X60 was designed by Garroni Design, which developed the innovative X70 that pioneered the brand’s new X-Line.

Measuring 61ft 4in overall with a beam of 15ft 11in, the X60 has a similar stern to her bigger sister with a long swim platform featuring a large drop-down sofa, overlooked by a clear balustrade on the main deck. Like the X70, the X60 has an extra-long covered cockpit area, which features an island sunpad while there’s also the option of a dining table.
While the X70 has no side passageways until near the foredeck, the X60 features one passageway to port. The saloon can be open to the elements on two sides, with sliding doors aft and on the aft port side.

Clemence Cessou, Product Marketing Manager, said: “The X60 has a strong X-Line legacy, reflected in the great work on the volume on board, comfort and the architectural innovation, shown in the asymmetric design.”
Inside are facing sofas and starboard stairs to the master suite, while forward is an open, full-beam galley, the helm to starboard, stairs to the guest cabins and a raised L-shaped sofa in the port corner.

The lower deck features a full-beam master suite midships with a private stairway and a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom forward. The forward saloon stairs lead to the VIP suite in the bow and a twin to port. There’s also a crew cabin in the stern.
The flybridge features a clear aft area for either sun loungers or an island sunpad, while there’s a central dining table, a wet bar behind the helm station to port beside an L-shaped sofa to starboard. The foredeck features two lounging areas with folding backrests either side of a sunken area with a table.
The regional dealer staged the Grand Launch of the Prestige X70, the brand’s pioneering flagship, at Aberdeen Marina Club in Hong Kong.
