Thailand-based Joshua Lee sold the 34m Moonen superyacht, formerly known as Xanadu of London.
Northrop & Johnson has announced the sale of the 111ft Moonen motor yacht Xanadu, with Yacht Broker Joshua Lee acting on behalf of the seller. Xanadu’s last asking price was US$4,750,000.
In 2022, the 1997 Dutch build underwent a comprehensive refit, which included a full respray, installation of new teak decks and an upgrade of systems. The interior was freshly updated, featuring “vibrant artwork, rich high-gloss woods, and plush furnishings that collectively contribute to an elegant ambiance”, according to Northrop & Johnson.
Xanadu’s features include a cockpit that leads into an aft dining room, with the saloon forward. The main deck also includes a luxurious full-beam master suite with a skylight, a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with gold-plated fixtures, and a private office with an optional sofa bed for a ninth guest.
The VIP suite and two double guest cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms, are located on the lower deck, which is also home to a sauna. The flybridge includes a bar, barbecue, sunpads and alfresco dining. The yacht is equipped with Naiad AtRest® zero speed stabilisers.
Lee is the founder of Lee Marine and held the Asia licence for Northrop & Johnson, with both acquired by NextWave Yachting in 2023.
