As part of Asia Yachting’s support of wake sports in Hong Kong, Nautique sponsored the first Sai Kung Winter Cup with the Super Air Nautique G23, with over 40 athletes participating in the one-day event. Creating a wave that can be shaped and scaled based on the surfer’s preferences, the Super Air Nautique G23 is renowned as one of the world’s best boats for wake boarding and wake surfing.

Olivier Besson, Asia Yachting Founder & CEO, said: “Nautique produces some of the world’s best-performing wake boats and a lot of world-standard competitions use Nautique wake boats, so representing the brand as a sponsor of the first annual Sai Kung Winter Cup means a lot to us.”

Organised by the Competitive Wake Surf Association (CWSA) and supported by eight Hong Kong wake surf schools, the Sai Kung Winter Cup was created “to promote more local wake surfers and allow them to perform in a competition environment”.
