Adam Blackmore

Adam Blackmore and Bryan Tse have co-founded Iseo Yachting, which is headquartered in Hong Kong. The company offers a range of services covering brokerage, charter, yacht management, and maintenance of yachts in Asia and beyond.

Iseo Yachting had a strong start to the year as it presented the 40m Silentworld charter yacht at the second Thailand International Boat Show in Phuket, where Blackmore spoke at the Thailand Yachting Conference ahead of the event.

Blackmore has worked in yacht sales since 2007 and been based in Asia since 2013, formerly working for Simpson Marine, Asia Yachting and Asiamarine, where he was Commercial Director and a Sales Broker for Fraser.

Bryan Tse

Tse has spent over a decade in the yachting and shipping industry, and is the founder and Managing Director of Global Yacht Services, which specialises in yacht management and maintenance. He will continue in that role while also supporting Iseo Yachting clients.

Blackmore and Tse collaborated after perceiving a gap in the market “where brokers had difficulty finding reliable after-sales services for their client’s yachts, and yacht management services often lacked a sales mindset”. Combining their networks and experience, they created Iseo Yachting to “fill this gap” and offer an end-to-end solution for yacht owners and crew.
