Ferretti Group Asia Pacific has announced the sale of the first Ferretti Yachts 500 in Asia to Taiwan. The unit, which was based in Hong Kong, was sold to the buyer by Taiwan dealer Amal Yachting during its launch of a Ferretti Yachts 670.

With a length of 50ft 4in (15.33m) and a beam of 14ft 2in (4.29m), the Ferretti Yachts 500 is a design collaboration between Ferretti Group’s Product Strategy Committee and Engineering Department, exterior designer Filippo Salvetti and IdeaeItalia, which handled the interior design for the brand for the first time.

The cockpit features a transformable sofa-cum-sun lounge

The enhanced, multipurpose flybridge features a new helm station, forward full-beam sunpads and an aft dining area. The boat’s multifunctional appeal is also evident in the oversized cockpit, which features a fully transformable sofa-cum-sun lounge aft of the saloon.

Inside, the table can convert into either a dining table or a more informal coffee table due to a rotating extension mechanism and up-down systems.

The saloon features an aft galley

The unit features a contemporary design aesthetic with sand-coloured oak accents and shades of white for an understated, sophisticated seaside appeal.  A second, more classic interior design mood is also available, dominated by dark oak paired with fabrics and leather burnished in browns and beiges.

The forward lounge has an adjustable table

This mood features on the latest unit into Hong Kong, which is now available for sale. To find out more or to arrange a private viewing, please contact: infoapac@ferrettigroup.com.
