The superyacht models driving record Azimut-Benetti orders
Azimut-Benetti has revealed the new superyacht models from both brands driving a company order book that has topped €2 billion.
Azimut Grande Trideck debuted in 2021
Azimut-Benetti has revealed the superyacht models that have driven a steady rise in new orders that culminated in 2021 with a backlog worth over 2 billion (about US$2.1 billion) for the first time in its history.
The Group has highlighted the sales of Azimut’s new flagship Grande Trideck, Benetti’s Oasis 40M and its upcoming B.Now 50M, citing ‘unprecedented sales driven by the success of wide-ranging product portfolios and the latest models, which perfectly reflect the desires of new-generation owners’.
Azimut has announced 16 sales of the Grande Trideck
Giovanna Vitelli, Azimut-Benetti Group’s Vice President, said: “I think the key to our success in recent years has once again been the combination of courage and enthusiasm with which the company has sought to push the boundaries: in new models, in manufacturing excellence and in new sustainable technologies.
“Our efforts have been repaid with significant results, which we will invest in further incredible novelties that we are already working on, as well as in sustainable growth and in our people.”
Benetti reports 20 sales of the Oasis 40M
The Group has reported 16 sales of the Azimut’s 38m Grande Trideck, which debuted at last year’s Cannes Yachting Festival and whose features include an aft Sea View Terrace over the lower-deck beach club, contributing to ‘four terraces cascading down to the water’.
Benetti has announced 20 sales of the Oasis 40M, a model launched at the Genoa International Boat Show in Italy in 2020 and which introduced the Oasis Deck®, an open aft deck with drop-down sides and an integrated swimming pool.
Benetti has 15 orders for the B.Now 50M
The superyacht builder has also received 15 orders for the B.Now 50M, a model offered with the Oasis Deck® option for the aft part of the yacht.
For both models, Benetti considers the sales “outstanding numbers, especially when one considers the fact that yards would consider three deliveries per season of yachts this size to be a success”.
Shown on the Oasis 40M, the Oasis Deck® is now offered on other models
Benetti has also reported nine sales of the B.Yond 37M, four of which will be equipped with hybrid propulsion systems.
